Why your paintball waiver belongs online

Paintball arrives in groups. Twenty players turn up together, half of them booked by someone else, and every one needs a signed waiver before they can be issued a marker.

A group signing link turns that from a forty-minute bottleneck into a pre-arrival formality. The organiser shares one link, players sign on the drive over, and your safety officer runs the briefing to a roster that's already complete.

What to include in a paintball waiver

    • Mandatory eye-protection rule and the consequences of removing a mask
    • Chronograph and velocity limit acknowledgement
    • Assumption of risk for impact injury, welts and eye injury
    • Rental gear condition and return responsibility
    • Conduct rules including blind firing, overshooting and surrender distance
    • Guardian consent for junior players and minimum age by game type

This is a practical checklist, not legal advice. Have your final wording reviewed by an attorney or your insurer before you go live.

Built for the way a paintball waiver actually gets signed

    Group Signing Links

One link for the stag party organiser to share. Every player signs individually, all grouped under one booking.

    Mask Rule Initials

The eye-protection clause carries its own required initial, so no player can claim they missed it.

    Velocity Acknowledgement

Record that each player accepted your chronograph limits and marker rules before gear is issued.

    Rental Gear Tracking

Attach issued marker, mask and pod numbers to the waiver so damage and returns are traceable per player.

    Fast Walk-On Check-In

Walk-ons sign on a field tablet in under a minute, even with twenty in the queue behind them.

    Junior Consent Routing

Under-age players are automatically routed to a guardian consent flow with your junior-game age rules applied.

    paintball waiver questions, answered

What is the most important clause in a paintball waiver?

The mask rule. Almost every serious paintball injury involves eye protection being removed on the field, so that clause should be separately initialled, not buried in a paragraph.

Can one person sign for a whole stag party?

No. Each adult must sign for themselves. The organiser shares the link, but the signatures are individual, which is what makes them enforceable.

How do junior paintball waivers work?

A parent or guardian signs a consent block naming the junior player, their age, and the game type they're cleared for. Low-impact and standard games can carry different age gates.

Do walk-ons slow the field down?

Not with a field tablet in kiosk mode. It resets after every player and a walk-on is signed and briefed in around a minute.
