I agree to indemnify and hold the Released Parties harmless from any claim brought by me, by anyone acting on my behalf, or by a third party as a result of my conduct during the activity.

How to use this jump park waiver

Modern jump parks are no longer just trampolines. A single ticket now covers ninja obstacles, warped walls, battle beams, drop slides, climbing walls, and dodgeball, each with a different injury profile. A waiver written only around trampolines leaves the rest of your floor uncovered.

The fix is a single agreement that enumerates the attractions on offer and the risks they share — falls from height, impact with padding and structures, and contact between participants — rather than issuing separate forms per attraction.

Keep the attraction list editable. Parks add and retire attractions every season, and a waiver referencing an attraction you removed two years ago undermines the document's credibility.

    Before you use it

    • List every attraction you operate — coverage gaps appear when the list is stale.
    • Review the list each season as attractions are added or retired.
    • Combine with timed sessions so the waiver expiry matches your booking window.
